Partially. Ranking is keyword overlap, weighted by category, hourly floor, and hours-per-week window — not a model. Cover-letter drafting is a template fill with optional free-tier LLM polish when a key is configured. We’d rather you know the mechanics than oversell it.
We refresh the curated snapshot by hand, roughly weekly. The date stamped on the inbox and the header banner is the source of truth. Mercor’s public board is a Firestore-backed SPA — not scrapeable today — so a real live feed is a roadmap item, not a current feature.
Three options: Google OAuth, a one-time emailed magic link, or a bookmark URL we mint at signup (the URL itself is your login — guard it). All three end up at the same session cookie.
